Product info: Space Noodles are made from high-quality semolina flour.  The noodles are dry (uncooked), uncolored, and stand approximately 1 inch tall.  They are packaged in 12-ounce clear plastic bags with front and back sticky-back labels.  The front label is shown on the home page of this web site.  The back label contains cooking instructions, nutritional facts, the ingredients and a bar code strip.

Company Info: The Space Noodles Company is a home-based business owned by Lani and Rick Riday in Kirkland, WA.  The Space Needle Corporation granted special permission to the Space Noodles Company to allow the use of the name "Space Noodles," the Space Needle logo, the noodle shape and related artwork.

Historical Info:  The idea for Space Noodles came to us when our daughter, Shayla (age 3 at the time) pointed up at the Space Needle and said "Look, the Space Noodle!"  Space Noodles began shipping in June of 2000.  We created all of the artwork with the exception of the Space Needle logo.  We have both resided in Washington State for longer than the Space Needle itself!
